Please read the listing thoroughly:
All items are brand new and of excellent quality. I describe every item to the very best of my ability in each listing. Please note, particularly with larger sizes, the depicted item is not necessarily the listed size. I make every effort to measure accurately, and double check these measurements before putting the item listing on eBay, and again before dispatch. Please make sure you measure yourself accurately before buying to avoid disappointment. For a thorough explanation on measurements and fitting, please take a look at the Petite Legs Measuring Guide. Making sure you buy the correct size is your responsibility. I am always contactable if you need further measurements/fitting advise. Please remember that colours may vary according to your monitor settings. All items are quality checked prior to despatch. I cannot guarantee the fastness of diamantes or other embellishments within jeans and belts. If you have any questions about the item you are bidding on, please email me before bidding/purchasing.
As all items are listed elsewhere, I reserve the right to remove Fixed Price/Buy It Now Items at any time .
Buying/ Paying:
Please make sure you have read the listing thoroughly before placing your bid or purchasing a "Buy It Now" Item. Please also make sure you can send your payment. Make sure you are available to sign for your package when it arrives if you have selected Recorded Delivery as your preferred postage choice.
By placing a bid or purchasing a "Buy It Now" Item, you are legally obliged to pay for the item. Please do not bid or buy unless you are willing to pay for the item. Please send payment within 7 days. If you have any problems with regards to payment, please notify me via email as soon as possible, I understand problems occur from time to time!
If payment is not received before the 7 days, and I have not received any communication from you, I will be forced to file a Non-Paying bidder dispute, which will result in an unpaid item strike.
When paying by cheque or postal order, please include the item number with your payment, making cheques payable to Petite Legs.
I reserve the right to cancel your bid if you are a previous Non Payer.
We accept the following payment methods:
UK buyers: We PREFER payment by Paypal and cheques, but also accept postal orders and direct bank transfers.
Overseas buyers: We prefer payment in UK Sterling through Paypal but also accept cheques.
Shipping:
Once your payment has been cleared, your item will be sent within two business days of payment. I always get a Certificate of Posting when sending with Royal Mail Standard Delivery. I recommend selecting Royal Mail Recorded delivery as your postage choice for the ability to track your package, and insurance cover up to £34. I will send your tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched. All items are sent using ROYAL MAIL and I will not be held responsible for loss of parcels, or delivery times. If your total shipment value exceeds £34, I recommend selecting Royal Mail Special Delivery. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, I can only refund the total up to the amount covered by the insurance. By placing a bid/making a purchase, you are accepting the postage cost for the item, remembering the price includes all packaging materials, handling, and of course, stamps. For international deliveries, please allow up to 28 days and please note that you are responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable.
Returns/ Exchange Policy:
Petite Legs strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your Petite Legs jeans, returns are accepted with the following conditions:
Item to be returned within 7 days of receipt
Item must be in original, unworn condition
Please email me prior to return so I know to expect them back.
Refunds consist of the cost of the item, minus a 10% restocking fee, and do not cover postage costs.
If you wish to exchange for another pair:
Please email me, and we can then go through the exchange procedure
(Postage & Packing costs will unfortunately not be refunded)
Item to be returned within 7 days of receipt
Item must be in original, unworn condition
If you wish for a further exchange, a 10% restocking fee will apply for all exchanges after the initial exchange.

Feedback will be left once the transaction is complete. Petite Legs supports eBay's feedback system, and leaves feedback honestly and considerately. Positive Feedback is very much appreciated. Feedback is very important as it reflects a reputation which we, and I'm sure you, intend to keep.
