FAQs:
"Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?"
No! Creating an account is optional. The benefits of creating an account is that you can view past orders and manage your personal details. You will be asked when checking out if you wish to sign in, create an account, or skip straight on without creating an account.
"What sizes do you cater for?"
I source clothing primarily to both fit and flatter the petite height, and I place no restriction on size. Petite Legs in the past has catered from UK size 2 to UK size 22. Rarer sizes sell out fast, so keep you're eye on whats new in stock to avoid disappointment!
"Your product is out of stock - Will you have more in?"
Petite Legs sources an exclusive collection, and we generally never stock the same item twice - So grab it before it goes to avoid disappointment!
"My inside leg length is below 24" - Can you help me find jeans in my leg length?"
Yes- If you have found jeans you would like within the shop, and it has the drop-down list enabling you to select your inside leg length, please go through checkout and specify in the comments box that you wish to have it in a smaller length, and don't forget to include the desired length.
"In the search results, you have lots of jeans in the same size - why?"
You will notice when you click for further details that the detailed measurements are slightly different. The jeans may be all size 8, but one pair may have a slightly wider thigh measurement for example. Making online purchases can be daunting - especially not having the freedom to simply try them on as you would in a shop; this is why all the jeans have been individually measured to give you that extra peace of mind.
"I can't find my size."
If you can't find your size, first consider those sizes around your size. Petite Legs stocks specific sizes for greater selection, so if you measure yourself and discover you're leg length is for example 26.5 inches, don't limit yourself by only viewing the 26.5" jeans. Consider an inch each side of your size by viewing inseams of 25.5", 26", 26.5", 27", 27.5" - also consider that you are more than likely to wear many different types of shoes/boots with your jeans which may have varying heel heights that will of course affect the length of your jeans. Then of course you may wish to wear them as crop trousers (straight leg and skinny jean recommended for a flattering crop). The possibilities are endless! I personally find it practical to have a few pairs of jeans in varying lengths; so when I wear them with heels they're not too short, and when I wear with flat shoes and boots they're not too long.
As Petite Legs is a small business, our stock levels are not ideal, but with your support, you will help the business to grow! In the meantime, if you've searched all the store and still cannot find your size/preferred style, please do contact me, Sami, and I will of course do my very best to source your petite legs some jeans!
