Quibble Free Returns/ Exchange Policy:

Petite Legs understands that you may be put off purchasing online as you cannot try on your item. Although we go to every effort to provide accurate measurements per unique item for extra pre-purchase confidence, there is nothing better than trying on the garment to see how it looks on you, and of course makes you feel. That is why we offer a quibble free returns policy, after all, our sole aim is to help you find the perfect garment for your petite figure!

Please familiarise yourself with our returns policy pre-purchase, should you not feel 100% satisfied:

Petite Legs strives for 100% customer satisfaction.We fully comply with the distant selling regulations.

If you are not happy with your item, returns are accepted with the following conditions:
 
-Item to be returned within 7 working days of receipt

-Item must be in original, unworn condition, with tags fully attached.

-Please email me prior to return so I know to expect the item back. Please include in your email how you would like to be refunded. Your options are via PayPal, Google Wallet, and by Cheque. Please state your invoice number which is in the top right hand corner of your invoice above the invoice date. I would also be interested to know the reason for your return, to improve our service for future customers.

-Please get a certificate of posting (should the packet go missing you can provide proof of postage).

PLEASE NOTE: Please contact me, via email or post, within 7 days if you wish to return/exchange your jeans. If you contact me after 7 days, unfortunately there will be a 10% administration fee.
 
If you would like a full Refund:
1-Please email me with your information as above.

2-Refunds consist of the cost of the item plus postage and packing costs to up to the value of our UK Saver postage option. Please note that I am unable to reimburse your postage costs to return the item back to Petite Legs. If you wish to upgrade your delivery method, please be aware that refunds for the additional difference cannot be reimbursed, due to being a small business.

3-You will receive your full refund once the item has been safely returned to Petite Legs in a satisfactory condition.

4 - Please note that refunds will be sent to the account used to pay for the original order. Refunds may take up to one week to process, and I will keep you notified via email once funds have been transferred to your PayPal/GW account.

If you would like a full Exchange:

Please email me, stating which item you would like to exchange for. Subject to the requested item being available, I will promptly send you the item once the original unwanted item has been returned in satisfactory condition back to Petite Legs.

 Should there be a cost difference between the two items, I will calculate this for you. If I owe you the difference value, please state how you would like this payment (PayPal, Google Wallet, or Cheque). You will receive this payment once the original parcel has been safely returned back to Petite Legs, and your exchanged item will be promptly sent to your address.

Should you owe Petite Legs the difference value, please send the payment via whichever method you prefer as above, and once your original item has been safely returned back to Petite Legs, I will promptly send your exchange item. If you intend to place a cheque within the parcel containing the item you wish to return, please do inform me of this.

Please also note, that if you would like funds to be sent to you via cheque, I would kindly ask if you could include a stamped envelope with your return.

General Information:

Please make cheques out to ‘Petite Legs’.

Please note that payment (whether via PayPal/Google Wallet/Cheque etc.) must be received within 7 days of the order being placed. I reserve the right to cancel your order should I have not received your payment, or been contacted regarding delayed payment.

Once your unwanted item is safely received back at Petite Legs, your refund can take anywhere from one day to one week to process. Refunds are issued at Petite Legs' discretion, and if an item has been poorly treated whilst in your care, a refund will not be issued. Please remember that Petite Legs is a small business, and takes personal pride in every single order sent out, so please try on your garments with care and respect, free of tan/make-up/strong perfume etc.
